INNOVATION.TECH developed a comprehensive, full-stack Building Control System for DHA, designed to digitize the property management lifecycle. Leveraging the MERN stack and Flutter, we architected a seamless cross-platform experience where residents can apply for services, track real-time application statuses, and manage property portfolios from their mobile devices. The backend is powered by a locally deployed Ubuntu server integrated with the Nest protocol, ensuring high-security data handling. The system features a sophisticated multi-role dashboard that empowers DHA staff to manage workflows, assign tasks, and maintain internal communication threads, significantly reducing processing times and increasing administrative transparency.
